EFFECTS OF REPLACEMENT FERULA COMMUNIS (Giant fennel) IN DIET ON PRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE AND SOME PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETER IN JAPANESE QUAIL.

This study was conducted at the animal production department, College of Agriculture Engineering Sciences , University Duhok, in order to investigate effect ration replacement with ferula on productive performance and some physiological parameters quail. Three hundred sixty day old quail birds were divided into four groups three replicates group (30 replicate, treated from age 7days till 42days as follows: T1(control): Reread standard ration, T2: replaced 10% ferula, T3: 15% T4: 20% ferula. The results revealed significant increases live body weight (LBW) gain (BWG) treatment compared control all weeks. A carcass weight, dressing percentage treatments control. Significant decreases mortality group. albumin serum glucose groups.
